Ambassador Ogochuku Okekpolo is a transformative African leader, global speaker and corporate strategy, and passionate advocate for building women with purpose who lead with clarity, influence, and global impact. Recognized for her exceptional ability to build Systems of Institutional Strength and Transformative Leadership Inspiration, she represents a new generation of women shaping Africa's voice on the global stage.
He is currently the first member of the Regional Advisory Council (South-South Nigeria) of the SDG Wing of Mission G100 Million, contributing to global initiatives driving sustainable development, inclusive leadership and women's empowerment across nations.


Ogochuku is the Pioneer Director of the International Forum for Women in Energy and Oil & Gas (Delta State Chapter, Nigeria), where she has championed women's inclusion and economic advancement within the energy sector through mentorship and advocacy, leadership development, and strategic partnerships.
She also made history as the first Chief Executive Officer of Corporate Services at Bicens Resources Limited, an indigenous oil and gas services company, where she provided executive leadership in corporate governance, people strategy, business systems, and stakeholder management and organisational transformation.


Under his strategy and influence, the company strengthened its position as a trusted indigenous partner by offering exceptional solutions within Nigeria's changing energy landscape.


A global executive with more than 18 years of experience in cross-cutting leadership, Ogochuku has built a reputation for empowering people, especially women and young leaders—overcoming limitations and leading with purpose, excellence, and meaning.


She is an ambassador for the UN Gender Priority Strategy and internationally recognized as the voice on women's leadership, sustainable development, institutional growth and transformative impact.


His academic and professional background reflects a strong commitment to leadership, diplomacy, sustainability and strategic management. He holds an MBA in Sustainability from Nexford University, a Postgraduate Diploma in International Relations and Business Diplomacy and a BSc in Accounting and State Finance Accounting from Delta University, Abraka. She is also a Certified Executive Advisor and has received an honorary Doctorate in Leadership and Strategic Management from Highstone Global University, Texas.

 

 

Ogochuku is a member of several prestigious institutions, including the Nigerian Institute of Strategic Management (Collegiate), Nigerian Institute of Management
 
Consultants, the African School of Diplomacy and International Relations, and the International Institute of Leadership and Strategic Management. He also serves as a Board Member of the Juliana Kings Institute of Leadership and Counseling and is a member of the Nigerian Chartered Institute of Management.
His global impact and leadership contributions have earned him several distinguished titles and recognitions, including the United Nations Eminent Ambassador Award, the Africa Series Focus Catalyst for Change Award (2024), and certification as a Sustainability Advocate from the U.S. Institute for Diplomacy and Human Rights (USIDHR).
